Premise

Marin Cole, a once-celebrated documentary filmmaker in her late forties, returns to her coastal hometown of Harbor's Edge with her career in tatters after a high-profile project implodes, leaving her humiliated and distrustful of her own instincts. Haunted by the sting of public failure and a string of emotional betrayals, she swears off vulnerability, accepting a temporary gig hosting the morning show at the struggling local radio station to rebuild her shattered confidence in anonymity. But from the shadows of the sound booth emerges Ryder Shaw, the enigmatic engineer whose quiet intensity stirs memories of passion she's long buried. When a rival station launches a hostile bid to swallow Harbor's Edge's beloved broadcast outlet, Marin and Ryder are thrust into forced proximity to save it, their clashing visions igniting sparks of sensual tension amid the chaos of live broadcasts and town rallies. With her reputation, the station's legacy, and her chance at rediscovering her voice on the line, Marin must confront whether Ryder—the man who sees her fire beneath the fear—can help her reclaim not just her career, but a deeply passionate second chance at love, in a steamy journey from guarded hearts to unbreakable intimacy.
