Description
Photographer Hazel Ramsey arrives in the fog-shrouded town of Oakhaven seeking to reclaim the passion she lost after a failed engagement. Commissioned to document the decaying beauty of a cursed estate, she expects only crumbling stone and forgotten grandeur. Instead she finds Silas Reed, the estate’s stoic caretaker, who greets her with quiet warnings about the property’s grim history of hauntings, disappearances, and botched ancient rituals.
As Hazel and Silas explore the mansion together, locked rooms, sudden cold spots, and restless shadows force them to confront both the estate’s secrets and their own buried pain. The tentative attraction that sparks between them feels fragile against the growing supernatural threats, yet each shared vulnerability draws them closer.
With every photograph Hazel takes, the boundary between the living and the lingering dead grows thinner. Silas’s steady presence becomes her only anchor as the rituals of the past begin to stir once more, threatening to trap them both.
In the heart of Oakhaven’s oldest darkness, Hazel must decide whether to capture the truth on film or risk everything to help Silas break the cycle that has held the estate for generations. What begins as a job to restart her career becomes a fight for survival—and the chance at a love strong enough to outlast the shadows.
