Photographer Hazel Ramsey arrives in the fog-shrouded town of Oakhaven seeking to reclaim the passion she lost after a failed engagement. Commissioned to document the decaying beauty of a cursed estate, she expects only crumbling stone and forgotten grandeur. Instead she finds Silas Reed, the estate’s stoic caretaker, who greets her with quiet warnings about the property’s grim history of hauntings, disappearances, and botched ancient rituals.

As Hazel and Silas explore the mansion together, locked rooms, sudden cold spots, and restless shadows force them to confront both the estate’s secrets and their own buried pain. The tentative attraction that sparks between them feels fragile against the growing supernatural threats, yet each shared vulnerability draws them closer.
